Quinns Mindarie Super Clinic keeps a wide range of vaccinations including those for travel, childhood immunisation, influenza, shingles, pneumococcal, RSV, COVID-19 and other adult vaccinations.
For travel vaccines, please plan well in advance. Make a travel planning appointment with your regular treating doctor to discuss your travel plans and any possible vaccinations you may require. Many vaccinations involve a schedule and need to commence well in advance of your travel, to ensure you are adequately protected by the time you travel.
We also provide vaccinations under the National Immunisation Program for children, adolescents and adults. Please make an appointment for your child or teen when their vaccinations are due or discuss your eligibility for other government funded vaccinations with your GP. When you attend for seasonal vaccines or at routine consultations, we will take the opportunity to review your immunisations and make recommendations based on your eligibility.
It is a requirement that all vaccinations must be uploaded to the Australia Immunisation Register. You will also receive a text following any vaccination you receive here at QMSC as part of the monitoring and surveillance program SmartVax. Please unsubscribe if you do not wish to receive these SMS.
NEW ELECTRONIC VACCINATION CONSENT FORMS
Where we know you are attending for a vaccination, the consent form will be sent to you electronically. You will receive an email from HotDoc confirming your appointment and requesting you complete a vaccination consent form. Click on “Get Started”. Once completed, click ‘Submit”. This will come directly to us.
QR codes are also available at reception, enabling you to complete this online in our waiting room. Please allow extra time before your appointment if you choose this option.
