Register for MyMedicare Today!
MyMedicare is a new voluntary patient registration model. It aims to strengthen the relationship between patients, their general practice, general practitioner (GP) and primary care teams.
From July 1st 2025, our doctors will continue to bulk bill appointments for GP chronic conditions management plans (often called care plans) only for patients who have designated them as their registered GP and practice.
Other benefits at this time include:
- Greater continuity of care with your registered practice, which has been shown to improve health outcomes
- Chronic Condition Management items will be linked to your registration in MyMedicare from November 2025, to support continuity of care for people with chronic and complex conditions.
- Longer MBS-funded telephone calls (Levels C and D) with your usual general practice
- Triple bulk billing incentive for longer MBS telehealth consultations (Levels C, D and E) for children under 16 , pensioners, and concession card holders.
There are 2 options to register QMSC as your regular practice and nominate your regular treating GP.

- Ask in the clinic if we can register on your behalf
