Graduated from the University of Western Australia and has over 25 years of general practice experience. Her quality and breadth of practice stems from a love of learning, years of GP experience, having a family and raising 3 amazing children, working as an assistant pastor and the challenges of practicing medicine in Perth, Alice Springs and more recently in China, before returning again to Perth in 2016.
She is proud of the care that QMSC has provided to the local community since 1994 and boasts about the QMSC family - a committed, multi-disciplinary team, who support independent practitioners in their goal to provide outstanding medical care for the local community.
Since the beginning of General Practice training in Australia, she has been a teacher, mentor and supervisor with the GP training program in WA. She is passionate about being a part of the accredited QMSC team who is raising up the next generation of GPs and in return being inspired by their commitment to comprehensive primary care.
Dr Wren enjoys caring for people of all ages and has a special interest in managing chronic medical conditions, diabetes, pregnancy and baby care, menopause, health in the mid-life years & the promotion of healthy ageing. She is currently having a leave of absence from clinical care, to focus on preparing the practice for a rapid period of change in general practice in Australia.
