Please share this with your friends, family and loved ones and read below.
Your Quinns Mindarie Super Clinic team is ready to take your calls. Our triage team will talk with you over the phone to organise your Telehealth appointment with your regular preferred treating doctor. We are still making face to face appointments at the surgery should you need to see a doctor.
If you prefer to make online appointments you are able to book a Telehealth appointment through Appointuit.
At the time of your appointment the doctor will call you. Prior to your appointment could you please have your regular medicines with you and if you have a thermometer or blood pressure machine please take these prior to your Telehealth consultation.
If you are unsure whether you should have a Telehealth consultation or come to the surgery to see the doctor we suggest that you make a Telehealth appointment initially. You and your doctor can then discuss if you require a face to face appointment.
We are working on setting up video conferencing and will keep you informed once up and running.
The Australian Government has made available video-consultations and telephone consultations with your regular treating GP/clinic. This is to keep the population away from health care facilities that might expose them to COVID-19 and to support those isolated in quarantine.
If a patient has any questions about COVID-19, please refer them to the COVID-19 hotline 1800 020 080 or https://www.healthdirect.gov.au/coronavirus
