Changes to Dr Chris Hall’s Practice
We wish to advise that Dr Chris Hall will be leaving QMSC and focusing on skin cancer healthcare. As a result, he will no longer be providing general practice services or seeing general practice patients.
If you are a regular patient of Dr Hall, we encourage you to schedule an appointment with another GP to discuss your ongoing healthcare needs and continuity of care. Please note that standard consultation fees will apply.
As with all doctors, each GP operates as an independent contractor and will assess and manage your healthcare according to their own professional clinical practice. This may differ from the approach or care previously provided by Dr Hall
Patients currently receiving care under a Chronic Condition Management Plan or Mental Health Care Plan with Dr Hall will be required to attend a consultation with a new doctor before any ongoing plans, reviews, or related appointments can be arranged.
If you choose to continue your care with a doctor at another practice, QMSC will facilitate the transfer of your medical records in a timely manner at a reduced administration fee. Please speak with our reception team, who can assist you with completing the required consent forms to arrange the transfer of your records.
