We are interested in hearing about your experiences – from ease of making your appointment, being able to see the doctor of your choice, waiting times, comfort, customer service, medical care and all aspects of your health care encounter at QMSC.

We review your feedback every week, discuss it at our management meetings and staff meetings and come up with continuous quality improvement strategies in response to your feedback. For example in April 2019, in response to your feedback, we made several changes that have reduced our average waiting times from 10 minutes to just under 7 minutes. We are continuing to monitor this and other aspects of your health care to ensure you receive quality service and timely access to your preferred treating doctor.
