We’re pleased to introduce the new faces leading the way at QMSC. With a strong mix of experience and dedication, our management team is here to support both our staff and patients, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Courtney – Practice Manager
Courtney’s journey with QMSC began in 2021 as our admin support officer. Her dedication and leadership quickly shone through, leading her to become Assistant Practice Manager in 2023. As of May 2025, she’s officially stepped into the Practice Manager role, taking the reins from Heather, who’s off enjoying retirement and globe-trotting adventures!
Fran – Assistant Practice Manager
Fran joined the QMSC family in 2024, bringing with her a wealth of nursing experience dating back to 2008. Her compassionate nature and knack for organisation made her a perfect fit for management, and she’s been rocking the Assistant Practice Manager role since early 2025!
Kate – Management Support
Kate joined the QMSC team in 2023 as a medical receptionist, bringing warmth and positivity to the front desk. Her enthusiasm for learning and helping behind the scenes led her to take on additional responsibilities in the admin office. She now plays a key role as our Management Support Officer, helping keep everything organised and running smoothly!
