Our Clinical Governance team has now reviewed your feedback and identified 5 keys areas for improvement. We have many ideas and will now discuss these with the whole QMSC team.
- Customer Service: a more friendly and welcoming experience with our front of house team
- Cost of Health Care: options to keep the cost of health care down
- Access to Care: More GP Urgent care appointments
- Privacy At The Front Desk: looking at ways to do your 3 point identification check without threatening your private information
- Waiting Times In The Surgery: Reviewing waiting times and adjusting appointment schedules where doctor waiting times in the surgery are consistently too long.
